In most of the cases, there is a pulsatile mass on the neck, but usually remains undiagnosed unless symptomatic. In this case report, we aim to share our experience in a patient having symptoms of head and neck pain, hemiparesia, anisocoria, speech disorders, and dysphagia, but no palbable pulsatile mass on physical examination, and whose diagnoses was made lately.
