THROMBOSED ABDOMINAL AORTIC ANEURYSM THAT MIMICKING LERICHE SYNDROME

Incidence of an acutely thrombosed abdominal aort aneurysm is reported approximately 0.7-2.8% associated with high mortality rates. This case report present the surgical treatment of a thrombosed abdominal aortic aneurysm on the chronic state that mimicking Leriche syndrome with claudicatio intermittans and aim to discuss the pathology of thrombosed abdominal aortic aneurysm with literature.
