Any reports of multiple aneurysms in the same pop- liteal artery, following rupture of the popliteal artery aneurysms could not be found in a review of the literature. Fiftynine years old male patient admitted to our clinic with painful and pulsatil mass in popliteal region. 6 x 3 cm, 2 x 2 cm ve 0.7 x 0.7 cm diameters multiple popliteal artery aneurysms were determined on the digital substraction angiography. Patient urgently operated because of newly on set hematoma in preoperative period. Aneurysms exised and safein vein greft interposited in popliteal artery.
