Nonspecitic Aortoarteritis (An operated rare case with aortoiliac involvement)

Between the years of 1984-1994 surgical interventions have been apllied to 7 female and 1 male of total 8 Takayusu's arteritis patient aged 1.8-53 (mean 34, 8). Localizations of the lesions were axillary artery on 1, subc lavian artery on 3, suprarenalabdominal aorta, renal artery, right subclavian artery and carotid artery on 1 pati ent. On one patients, a a very rare location, aortoiliac involvement was present. We pe rformed subclavian artery pathcplasyty on 1, subclavian-axillary bypass on 2, renal artery and abdominal aorta patch anjioplasty on 1, thro cal sym patectomy on 3 and aortobifemoral bypass grafting on 1 patient. in this paper. we aimed to discuss the surgical management in Nonspecific Aortoarteritis (Takayasu's arteritis).
