Peripheral artery pseudoaneurysms in the upper extremity are seen relatively rarer compared to peripheral artery pseudoaneurysms in the lower extremity. In recent years, invasive interventions are more frequently used for diagnosis or treatment of peripheral arterial pathologies, and that is why upper extremity arterial aneurysms often appear to be iatrogenic or traumatic in origin. If they is not treated on time, they can cause functional defects as loss of the finger or the limb. Therefore, the surgical treatment is important in these patients. In our case; a giant brachial pseudoaneurysm has appeared after the surgical intervention due to upper extremity thromboem- bolism. The patient applied our clinic with swelling and pain of the arm, hand numbness and tin- gling. Pseudoaneurysm was diagnosed with Doppler ultrasonography and surgical repair was performed immediately.
