PTFE Greft Safen Anastomoz Ayrışmasına Bağlı Gelişen Retroperitoneal Dev Psödoanevrizma

3Radyoloji AD, İnönü Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi, Malatya A 67-year-old man who admitted to our hospital with a tender, pulsatile mass around the navel and pain, pallor, poikilotermy his right lower extremity. He had been undergone aorto- femoral bypass with an expanded polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) graft and saphenous vein. En- hanced computed tomography (CT) and aortography showed that a large density area around the PTFE graft with anastomotic leakage. Operative inspection revealed that the pulsatile mass was a large pseudoaneurysm, and we replaced it with a new PTFE graft. Cultures were negative and no sign of recurrence for 6 month.
