There are many different corrective surgical procedures depending on the type of fistula. It could be either primary repair or reconstructive repair (otogeneous vein patchplasty, otogenous or syntetic greft interposition or bypass). In our case, we repaired the AV fistula between superficial femoral artery and vein with otogenous arterial graft patchplasty to venous wall at the AV fistula line and also repaired pseudoaneursym transvenously.
