¹İstanbul Tıp Fakültesi Genel Cerrahi ABD,Çapa, İstanbul Although graft infections are rarely seen,these infections have great importance in vascular surgery since they cause high morbidity and mortality rates.Different microorganisms are responsible in early and late infections.Hence treatment modalities in every patients differ from each other such as antibiotherapy and revascular isation techniques with or without the removal of the infected graft.This review article focuses on the aspects of the advantages and disadvantages of various treatment modalities and treatment strategies assigned in the Department of Peripheric Vas::ular Surgery in Medical School of lstanbul University.
