Femoropopliteal Pozisyonda Politetrafloroetilen ve Safen Ven Greftlerinin 2 Yıllık Sonuçlarının İrdelenmesi

Between the years 1986 and 1990, 26 patients underwent 30 femoropopliteal bypass procedures. For the 15 proce­ dures saphenous vein and for the other 15 procedures PTFE grafts were used. AII patients hava been followed up a minimum of 24 months and grafts patency was assessed. Secondary patency rates were 86.7 % for saphenous vein group and 73.3 % for PTFE group. This difference was statistically insignificant. it was stressed that in special circum­ stances and patients, PTFEi grafts may be used instead of saphenous vein.
