Arteriat Jnvolvement ın Behçet's Disease and Surgical Results

8 primary and 7 reoperations of total 15 surgical interventions were performed on 7 male Vasculo-Behçet cases ean age 36 (32-40) between the dates August 1989-December 1993 at the SSK Ankara Hospital Department of Car­ ovascular Surgery. Postoperative follow-up was mean 21 (6-36) months. 4 of the 7 patinets were taken to the urgent )erations as a results of acute graft thrombosis, aneurysm of the proximal and the distal anastomoses, spontane­ Js rupture and bleeding at the first operation field mean 6.5 (1-15) months later and another case taken to the urgent )erations as a results of acute occlusion of different localization 2 years later. 7 Vasculo-Behçet cases which hava )t good surgical results because of formation of graft thrombosis and aneurysms of anastomoses, are presented.
