D espit e of the new medical and surgi cal treatment, pro sth etic graft infection is stili a serious problem. We performed a su ccessful surgical procedure with autogenous tissue, to a patient with prosthetic graft infection complicated with enteric eresion.

lf a patient with graft infection needs a recontructive vascular surgery, autogenous tissue is the only confidencial material.
