Abstract
Coiling and kinking of the carotid artery can be only identified if the disease is symptomatic. But, usually it is asymptom ati c. We report two cases who have been operated for coronary artery disease at our clinic. We found the carotis disease during ru tine phisically examination and both of them were asymptomatic. Because they were asymptomat ic we decieded to follow the patients medically.
