VASCULAR COMPLICATIONS DEVELOPED DURING LUMBAR DISC HERNI OPERATIONS, A CASE REPORT

Vascular complications during the lumbar disc herni operations can be observed, and resulted with high mortality pro-portion. Vascular surgical intervention can ye lifesaving when these complications are noticed. A 51-year-old male patient was operated for 14-15 lumbar disc herni. He suffered from massive bleeding and shock developed during the procedure. Urgent laparatomy was performed. Laceration of the left common iliac artery and the left common iliac ve in was detected and primarily repaired. The patient was discharged on the 75 postoperative day without any compli-Cation.
