RENAL ARTERY STENOSIS AND ANEURYSM DUE TO FIBROMUSCULAR DYSPLASIA A CASE REPORT

In this report, our surgical approach to a young female patient with renovascular hypertension whose right rend artery was showing stenosis and aneurysmatio dilatation due to tibromuscular dysplasia was presented . Absolute, diagnosis was made by renal arterlography. Right renal artery was reimplanted to abdominal aorta following regoutioo . of the stenotic and aneurysmatic segments. The patient did not need anti hypertensive medication postoperatively and has been doing well for 2 years.
