Abstract
The reliability and short-term palience of stretch PTFE vascular graft (4-7 mm tapered) tor instruction of arterioveno us fistula was tested on 39 patients with chronic renal failure. Of the patients 58.97 %(23) were male and 41.03 %(16) were female ranging in age from 25 to 69 years. Average follow-up period was 13 months. in our opinion, stretch PTFE vascular grafts are a safa alternative to expanded PTFE vascular grafts.
