Clinic experiences and digital phletismography usually realize results of the servico-thoracic sympathectomy which is rarely used in the raynaud syndrome. in !his study, we sampled the venous blood from planlar space of the hand of 20 patients with Raynaud syndrome before and after 2 hour and the tirsi day operation. These bloods were studied in the blood gas machine. The results of the blood gas were evaluated using nonparametric Wilcoxon test. Value of P was meaningful.
