Abstract
lnternal carotıd artery aneurysms are rare pathologies among carotid artery diseases. This group of pathologies has important differences through the stages of diagnosis and therapy as compared to occlusive carotid artery diseases and improper therapy may lead to severe morbidities as well as mortalities.
In this paper, findings of two cases of internal carotid artery aneurysms, whom undergone surgical therapy at our cli nic has been presented and diagnostic-therapeuteic protocols of internal carotid artery aneurysms has been discus sed with related literature.
