SUBCLAVIAN ARTERY ANERYSM SECONDARY TO THORACİC OUTLET SYNDROME

Subclavian artery aneurysm secondary to thoracic outlet syndrome is a rare but serious complication. That can lead to amputation due to distal embolisation and propagating thrombus. it must be treated surgically. We performed ex­ cision of the cervical rib, resection of the aneursym and politetraflourethilene (PTFE) graft interposition to a 41 years old man via supra-infraclavicular combined access. Here we present the case with a successful result.
