ENDOVASCULAR STENT GRAFT iN POPLITEAL PSEUDOANEURYSM DUE TO BEHÇET'S DİSEOSE

Behçet's disease is a multisystemic chronic autoimmune process, which can be responsible tor some vascular lesions including arterial or venous obstructions, aneurysm and pseudoaneurysm formation, besides its typical dermatologic lesions. Arterial pseudoaneurysm formation can be diagnosed in this group of patients and generally surgery is indicated. lmplantation of an endovascular steni graft is an alternative modality in the treatment of pseudoaneurysms. in this paper, we present an endovascular steni graft application in the popliteal artery pseudoa neurysm in a Behçet case and the results of the early period.
