THROMBOSED ABDOMINAL AORTIC ANEURYSM THAT MIMICKING LERICHE SYNDROME

Thrombosis of the abdominal aort aneurysms are very rare cases than the thrombosis of the peripheric arterial aneurysms. Incidence of an acutely thrombosed abdominal aort aneurysm is reported approximately 0.7-2.8% associated with high mortality rates. This case report present the surgical treatment of a thrombosed abdominal aortic aneurysm on the chronic state that mimicking Leriche syndrome with claudicatio intermittans and aim to discuss the pathology of thrombosed abdominal aortic aneurysm with literature.
