Abstract
Vascular operations have been routinely performed in many center so adequate vein can not be obtained due to previous
vascular operations in repeated operations. Composite grafts has been used in many center in limited vein conditions. Good
results have been obtained by composite grafts at femora-below knee popliteal artery bypass operations. We have used old
and occluded vascular prosthesis as a inflow artery in this case. (Turkish J Vasc Surg 2004;13(2): 23-27)
