Abstract
Arterial involvement is a rare that has serious complication of Behçet's disease. The incidence of large arterial complications
ranges from 0.5 % to 2.2 % in patients from 20 to 40 years of age with Behçet's disease. The inflammatory process result of
the disease can affect all vessels. The typical vascular feature is medium- and large-vessel involvement, which causes both
arterial occlusive disease and aneurysm formation.
A 32 years old man with Behçet's disease referred to our emergency out-patients clinic with large pulsatil mass on his right groin area. A large pseudoaneurysm of right iliac artery was established later he was operated urgently. The patient was discharged without any complication. (Turkish J Vasc Surg 2006;15(1):37-40).
