DIFFERENT SURGICAL TECHNIQUE FOR THE TREATMENT OF THE TRAUMATIC ARTERIOVENOUS FISTULA: TRANSVENOUS REPAIR OF PSEUDOANEURYSM WITH OTOGENEOUS ARTERIAL GRAFT

Traumatic arteriovenous fistulas may present very different anatomic communications between artery and vein. There are many different corrective surgical procedures depending on the type of fistula. It could be either primary repair or reconstructive repair (otogeneous vein patchplasty, otogenous or syntetic greft interposition or bypass). In our case, we repaired the AV fistula between superficial femoral artery and vein with otogenous arterial graft patchplasty to venous wall at the AV fistula line and also repaired pseudoaneursym transvenously.
