A-V FISTULA MANAGEMENT BETWEEN ULNAR ARTERY AND BRACHIOCEPHALIC VEIN WITH SAPHENOUS VEIN GRAFT INTERPOSITION: A RENAL HEMODIALYSIS DEPENDENT PATIENT

In Chronic Renal Failure (CRF) patients for hemodialysis access the first choice is the otogenic Arterio-Venous (AV) fistula management in the non-dominant upper extremities. Although the AV fistula operations usually managed in the upper extrmities intented for hemodialysis access, the search for the patients whose fistulas were thrombosed in these areas alternative ways are undertaken. The purpose of this case report is AV fistula management with saphenous vein graft between ulnar artey and brachiosephalic vein in a renal hemodialysis dependent patient whose previous fistulas were thrombosed and bilateral radial arteries were improper for a new AV fistula management.
