Abstract
Major abdominal vascular injury related to lumbar disc operation is a rare but generally fatal condition. Excessive bleeding and hypotension should alert the surgeon about a vascular injury and an immediate laparotomy should be performed. In this paper, we present a case of inferior vena cava injury during lumbar disc surgery
