Bilateral Radiyal Arter Grefti Kullanılarak Koroner Bypass Cerrahisi Geçiren Bir Hastada Başarılı Bir Snuff-Box Arteriovenöz Fistül Oluşturulması

Hemodialysis is the most frequently used treatment methods for patient with end stage renal disease. Gold standard for hemodialysis is the creation of arteriovenous fistula. Ideally a fistula should be at the level of a wrist. However, the venous structure of this region can sometimes be inadequate. Sometimes arterial structure may be the problem such as our case. In this report, we presented a patient whose radial arteries had been used because of coronary artery bypass surgery and created snuff-box fistula. Thus, we wanted to discuss both to prove formation of efficient fistula flow from the superficial palmar artery which is supplied by proximally ligatured palmar canal and how to share the radial artery which is important in coronary bypass and arteriovenous fistula surgery.
