Abstract
A 47 year old women, with a trauma history was seen for a swelling affecting the right
temporal area with a headache. Duplex ultrasound scan was showed a pseudoaneurysm of superficial
temporal artery. Under local anesthesia, the aneurysmatic area was excisied.
