Kritik Bacak İskemisinde Femoro-Anterior Tibial Arter Protez Greft Bypass: Unuttuğumuz Cerrahi Seçenek

Patient who complained of ischemic rest pain at her left lower limb pain and gangre- ne limited on the fingers admitted in our hospital on emergency basis with the diagnosis of acute graft thrombosis. Her previous medical history revealed CABG and femoro-distal popliteal bypass with saphenous vein. 6 no PTFE graft anastomosed to superfacial femoral artery just above Hunter canal. Then graft tunneled to medial popliteal below knee segment. Then interosseos membrane punctured and graft tunneled to anterior tibial artery segment. Miller cuff attached to the prosthetic graft and graft anastomosed to anterior tibial artery. Syme amputation was also performed. By- passed graft was found to be patent at her 3th month control via MR angiography. Femoro-anterior tibial artery bypass should be keep in mind for limb salvage.
