Lipid Düşürücü İlaç Kulanımı Sonrası Gelişen İliyofemoral Derin Ven Trombozu, Bilateral Renal Ven Trombozu ve Akut Renal Yetmezlik: Nadir Bir Olgu

Rhabdomyolysis, Deep Venous Thrombosis and Renal Venous Thrombosis due to antilipid drug consumption is rarely leads to Acute Renal Insufficiency. In this article we are present- ing a case taking antilipid drugs that was discerned with Rhabdomyolysis, Deep Venous Thrombosis and Renal Venous Thrombosis which resulted to acute renal insufficiency. The patient was under follow-up with hyperlipidemia and was receiving 20 mg Atorvastatin for six months daily and 200 mg fibrat for a month daily. CK and D-Dimer levels were high. While the patient was treated for Deep Venous Thrombosis, Acut Renal Failure developed and hemodialysis was initiated. Thrombosis was detected at bilateral renal veins in the renal MR Angiography. Rhabdomyolysis, Deep Venous Thrombosis extending bilateral Renal Vein and due to antilipid agents with acute renal insufficiency is rarely observed. Treatment is directed to correct underlying cause.
