Eustachian valve (EV) is located in front of the area where inferior caval vein connec- ted and has a semilunar shape. This valve is formed from the fibromuscular fibers that form the two layers of right atrium. It has a big size in the fetus and helps to passage of oxygen-rich blood from inferior caval vein to left atrium through foramen ovale. A young 16 years old boy had been examined by the physician with the complaint of chest pain. Due to some changes in the ECG car- diology examination is advised. Cardiac magnetic resonance imaging revealed no abnormal findings other than EV.
