Abstract
Endovascular procedures have gained popularity and greatly advanced in recent years. In this case report, we report a 77-year-old female patient who was diagnosed with a thoracal aneursym and treated endovascularly after massive hemoptysis. After first endovascular stenting procedure, we noticed the protrusion of stent-graft and succesfully treated it with replacement of a new stent-graft.
