Karotis Arter Stenozu ve İnternal Karotis Arter Kinking

Internal carotid artery is mobilized and reimplanted on common carotid artery in two patients who had both carotid artery stenosis and internal carotid artery kinking. Mobilized internal carotid artery is anastomosed directly on common carotid artery in the first patient. Endarterectomy is performed in both common and internal carotid arteries and then mobilized internal carotid artery anastomosed to arteriotomy on common carotid artery in the second patient. Posto- perative course was uneventful in both patients.
