Abstract
We have detected axillary and distal brachial artery occlusion in a female patient com- plained of severe resting pain and finger gangrene. First saphenous vein bypass surgery was performed from axillary artery to proximal brachial artery above elbow. Then other short saphenous vein graft was bypassed from brachial artery to distal brachial artery below elbow. Postoperative period was uneventful and all symptoms completely resolved.
