Dev Rüptüre İliyak Arter Anevrizmasının Kardiyopulmoner Resusitasyon Eşliğinde Başarılı Cerrahi Onarımı

Isolated iliac arterial aneurysms are rarely seen. They are usually asymptomatic.Their rupture risk is higher although they grow up more slowly compared to the aneurysms at different localizations. In this article, we present successful surgical treatment of a ruptured giant isolated iliac artery aneurysm in a 63-year-old female patient who underwent surgery under cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
