Kardiyopulmoner Baypas Sonrası Vazoplejik Sendrom

Vasoplegia syndrome is one of the undesired complications observed in the early post- operative period following cardiopulmonary bypass. It dramatically increases mortality and morbidity in cardiac surgery. Clinically tachycardia, normal to increased cardiac output, decreased systemic vascular resistance and hypotension, resistant to volume loading and vasopressor agents are encountered. Here, we share our experience regarding vasoplegic syndrome following cardiopulmonary bypass.
