Abstract
Isolated iliac artery aneurysms are a rare clinical conditions among the aortoiliac
aneurysms (<2%), but they have a high risk of rupture. Therefore, the ones with a diameter more
than 3 cm are recommended to be operated urgently. In this presentation, we aimed to present our
surgical experience on an 80year-old patient with an isolated giant iliac artery aneurysm.
