Bilateral Stabil Rüptüre İliak Arter Anevrizmasının İki Farklı Yöntem ile Endovasküler Tedavisi

Surgical treatment of ruptured iliac artery aneurysm has high morbidity and mortality. In this paper, we present a patient with huge pseudoaneurysms in both iliac regions due to rupture of bilateral iliac artery aneurysms. Left iliac artery aneurysm was treated with stent graft implantation, and right iliac artery aneurysm was treated with a vascular plug.
