Abstract
Advances in endoscopic surgical equipment with the incorporation of current video technology have expanded the application of video assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) in last few years. We presented first bilateral thoracal sympathectomy case with VATS technique in Turkey and rewiewed of the literature.
